TERMS OF SERVICE

TERMS OF SERVICE- When commissioning me, understand that I am a Disabled Artist. Commissions may take a while, I do NOT do deadlines, do not rush me! If you are concerned about how long it's taking, check my trello or message me.- Commissions are non-refundable past the sketching phase. If there is an issue with the sketch, we will go back and forth until you're satisfied with the sketch.- Ask me for edits, even if past the sketch phase. I will see what I can do, no promises I will be able to edit everything you ask for, but I will try.- Physical Commissions such as a keychain or badge get lost in the mail, I will offer a partial refund if your commission happens to get lost during shipping.- Art you commission from me may be posted on my socials, please let me know ahead of time if you do not want the art posted.- As the commissioner, you reserve the right to cancel a commission during the sketch phase. However, If I send you a WIP, I reserve the right to re-purpose my artwork.- Do not use my artwork for AI or NFT's.- You may not profit off my artwork. This includes merch, stickers, etc.- Your character will be interpreted in my style, some things may be changed such as minor color tweaks to better fit with my style. Your character will remain recognizable.- Please make sure you have a reference sheet before you contact me about a commission. I do not work using AI or written description. I need a visual reference.- Do NOT recolor my art with hate speech or anything offensive (Nazi, Pedo, Zoo flags).- You may print the art for personal use, and claim the right of their character(s). However, you man not reproduce/use the copyrighted artwork commercially.
